Complete Renovation Adds Value
Originally built in 1898, a complete renovation restored the usefulness and value of this Marathon County office building. To comply with today's ADA requirements, an elevator was added and bedrock was blown out 30 inches, creating handicap accessibility. Addition of a second floor doubled the work space. Tight tolerances and height restrictions demanded that electricals and mechanicals fit precisely.

Economical and Practical
with a look to the Future.
Located in the Stevens Point Industrial Park, this new facility was designed to project a cutting-edge business style. The budget demanded simple construction and a cost-effective approach. Split-face concrete black and monochromatic exterior colors achieved a clean, contemporary look. The block added a rich texture and interest to the simple facade. Despite a difficult January to May construction schedule, Altmann Construction delivered within budget and on time.
