Putting Human Needs First, Without Compromising Budgets

Comfortable, practical, durable ... these are qualities that Altmann Construction builds into every project. Ideal for health care facilities, Altmann knows how to maximize aesthetic appeal, even under firm budget and time restrictions.

Portage County Health Care Center, Stevens Point, WI

This addition, designed for resident activities, includes a beauty salon, resident kitchen, and several craft rooms. The interior features a lively bird aviary and the exterior includes a comfortable sundeck. The front entrance canopy is showcased by a graceful curved driveway and lighted bollards.

The addition was built to last with a fire resistive construction using steel roof joists, steel beams, masonry bearing walls, EIFS exterior, and interior plastered walls. Construction was completed with residents occupying the facility.
