Office Building, Wausau Community Development Authority, Wausau, WI
This building was designed to harmonize with the existing 10-floor Housing and Urban Development (HUD) apartment building. Built to give Wausau residents direct contact with HUD, the prairie-style design provides a home-like atmosphere for HUD clients. Half-round brick is a distinctive feature of the exterior, and clerestory windows in the roof monitor bring daylight into the reception area.

Municipal Center and Fire Station, Village of Biron,
Wisconsin Rapids, WI
A multipurpose facility, this distinctive building houses a fire station, village board offices, water department, and community centers. The design center around an octagonal area and fans out from the main entrance. Masonry was used throughout the building to control noise, including 4" sound block with 8" veneer block.
